We are looking for a stellar Service Manager ready to join our team!

Our Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, goal oriented, and effectively manage the Service Department personnel, weekly/monthly reporting, and department budget.
Strong leadership skills
Outstanding organizational & time management skills
Work closely with factory personnel and vendors to increase sales.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office skills a plus.
CDK Experience a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Establish & maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat referral business
Maintain high technician productivity with training programs and proper dispatching based on skill levels.
- Increase sales and gross profit by generating new business with mailings, coupons, and customer contact strategies.
Control repair order flow and supervise open repair reports and work in process.
- Promote high customer satisfaction scores and retention percentages.
